Three Treatments, One Integrated Approach to Skin Health

Cosmetic acupuncture at our office includes three distinct services: Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, Microneedling with Stem Cells, and Nanoneedling with Stem Cells. Each can be used on its own or combined as part of a personalized care plan. All three are rooted in the same philosophy: support your skin’s natural ability to repair, renew, and glow from the inside out.

What These Treatments Can Address

Whether you’re working through signs of aging, uneven tone, acne scarring, or simply want healthier, more radiant skin, there’s a treatment path here for you. Our cosmetic services are commonly used for:

  • Fine lines and moderate wrinkles
  • Hyperpigmentation and sun damage
  • Acne scars and general scarring
  • Uneven texture, tone, and enlarged pores
  • Sagging skin and loss of muscle tone
  • Stretch marks and dry skin
  • Hair loss

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture: A Whole-Body Path to a Fresher Face

Often called the acupuncture facelift, facial rejuvenation acupuncture places ultra-fine needles into trigger points and problem areas along the face, neck, eyes, and ears.

This stimulates muscle tightening, collagen production, and improved circulation to lift and refresh the face naturally.

Additional needles placed on the body help reduce inflammation, promote blood flow, and correct internal imbalances, because lasting skin health really does start from within.

Each session includes facial and body acupuncture, LED light therapy using the Celluma device, facial cupping, gua sha, microcurrent therapy, hyaluronic acid, and a customized herbal topical tailored to your specific needs. A series of 10 weekly sessions is recommended for best results, though individual treatments are available. If you’re preparing for a special event, finishing your sessions two to four weeks beforehand tends to deliver the best outcome.

Microneedling with Stem Cells: Collagen Induction That Lasts

Microneedling uses a pen-like device with disposable, single-use needle tips that create hundreds of tiny microchannels across the skin’s surface.

This tricks the skin into thinking it’s been injured, triggering a healing response that produces new collagen and elastin, increases blood flow, and visibly improves texture, tone, and firmness.

The best part: microneedling does not damage the epidermis long term, and there is virtually no risk of infection, scarring, or significant downtime beyond some same-day redness.

Every session includes plant-based stem cell serum, customized herbal serums, LED light therapy, and full-body relaxation acupuncture. Needle depth ranges from 0.5 to 3mm depending on your skin’s needs and tolerance.

Because microneedling works with the skin’s natural 28-day renewal cycle, sessions are spaced one month apart. Most clients notice lasting improvements after four to six treatments.

Nanoneedling With Stem Cells: Immediate Results, Zero Downtime

Nanoneedling is similar to microneedling but gentler, treating only the upper 0.15mm of skin using 81 silicone tips rather than needles. It delivers immediate results with no recovery time needed, making it a great option for painless skin rejuvenation on a more frequent schedule. Sessions can be done once a week, in a dedicated weekly series of six treatments, or in between monthly microneedling appointments to maintain your results.

Each session includes stem cell serum, herbal serums, LED light therapy, and full-body relaxation acupuncture.

A Note on Surgical Prep and Recovery

Acupuncture can also play a meaningful role around cosmetic surgery. Pre-surgery acupuncture helps boost immunity and prime the body’s healing mechanisms. Post-surgery acupuncture supports faster recovery while helping to reduce swelling and bruising. If you have a procedure planned, our team can help you build a complementary care schedule around it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get microneedling if I’ve had Botox or filler?

Yes, but timing matters. Wait at least two to three weeks after Botox or filler before microneedling, as the treatment can speed up how quickly injectables are metabolized. In the other direction, wait a full 28-day skin cycle after microneedling before getting Botox or filler.

Does microneedling hurt?

Most clients tolerate it well. For those with sensitive skin, a numbing cream is applied during your LED light therapy warm-up so it’s fully active before the treatment begins. Needle depth is also adjusted based on your comfort level, and skin typically becomes more tolerant with each session as we gradually work deeper for better results.

How many treatments will I need?

It depends on what you’re treating. Some clients see meaningful results in one or two sessions. Deeper concerns like hyperpigmentation, cystic acne scarring, or significant wrinkles generally benefit from a series of three or more. Your provider will give you a clear, honest recommendation at your first visit.
